Obituary of Amy Marie Shepardson

Amy M. Shepardson, 52, of Candor passed away Friday, January 28, 2022. Amy is survived by her husband of 26 years, Jeffrey “Shep” Shepardson; son, Tyler Shepardson; parents, Kathleen and Gerald Middendorf; brother and sister-in-law, Jeffrey and Jennifer Middendorf; father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Elizabeth Shepardson; brother-in-law, Christopher Shepardson; sister-in-law, Stephanie Shepardson-Hartmann and her husband, Seamus; five nephews, one niece, several cousins and extended family members. Amy graduated from Tioga Central High School Class of 1987. She was an administrative assistant with the Candor School District for over 26 years. Amy will be remembered for her pride in taking care of the staff, students and parents of Candor School District. Once in her circle, she had your back for life. She will be remembered as a passionate motocross mother who will be missed by all who knew her. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 300 Main St., Owego, NY. Burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego.
