Glenn M. Alpaugh, 85, of Nichols, NY passed away on February 15, 2022. He was born on February 11, 1937 to George E. and Theola Alpaugh. Besides his parents, Glenn was predeceased by his wife, Sally Alpaugh. He is survived by his son, Glenn E. Alpaugh; daughter, Stacey Case; brother, Charles "Bucky" Butler; sister, Gail Schubert; as well as several step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Glenn proudly served in the U.S. Marines from 1955 to 1959. He worked for many years as a dairy farmer and as a heavy equipment operator for Lopke Contracting. A devoted member of the Owego United Methodist Church, Glenn often volunteered as trustee, ACT, with kitchen work, at the chicken BBQs and blood drives. Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at 10:00 am to 10:45 am at the Owego United Methodist Church, 261 Main Street, Owego, NY. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 am at the church. Services will be live streamed at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com (click on Glenn's obituary). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Glenn's name to the Owego United Methodist Church, 261 Main Street, Owego, NY 13827.
