Roger D. Brown, 64, of Tioga Center, NY passed away on April 20, 2021. He was born on July 19, 1956 to Howard R. and Leona Brown. Besides his parents, Roger was predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Ruth Ann Brown; sister, Christine Coe; and uncle, James Peppard. He is survived by his children, Loretta (Kelly) Phillips, Kenny (Casey Raynor) Brown, and Crystal (Jeffrey) Ellis; 12 grandchildren, Hunter, Dale, Logan, Lakoda, Mya, Landen, Skye, Paige, Sophia, Mickayla, Caden, and Richard; brothers, Howard (Joyce) Brown II, Charles (Julia) Brown, Leland (Maxine) Brown, Ed (Margie Tracey) Brown; sister, Nancy (Grant) Frisbie; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Keener, Willma Crandall, Sharon (Joe) Howe-Cardinale, and Toni (Phil) Scarinzi; also many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will receive friends Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 5 – 7pm at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park Street, Owego, NY. Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 10:00 am at the funeral home with services live streamed at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com (click on Roger's obituary).
