Kathy J. Randolph, 71, of Owego went to be with the Lord, Sunday, January 16, 2022. Kathy was predeceased by her husband, William Randolph. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Randolph ; step-daughter, Melissa Messer; sister, Charlene Day; Cheryl Belluomo, Christine Anderson; brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Debbie Sacket; several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 24, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with the Pastor David Wallis, officiating.
