Obituary of Raymond Robert Snyder

Raymond "Ray" Snyder, 78, of Owego passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022. Ray was predeceased by his parents, Walter and Florence Snyder; three brothers, Lawrence, Harold and Richard Snyder; his wife, Jean Snyder; niece, Mae Pynn. Ray is survived by his nieces and nephews, John and Renee Snyder, Pearl Snyder, Paul and Nancy Snyder, Kyle Pynn; several great nieces and nephews. Ray was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked alongside his father and brothers running the family business, Snyder Brothers Construction. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with the Rev. William Puckey, officiating. The family will receive friends Monday from 12:00 noon to 12:45 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
