Karl E. Newman, 86, of Candor, NY passed away on March 6, 2022 at Mercy House after a three year battle with cancer. He was born on June 22, 1935 to Glenn A. and Maude E. Newman. Besides his parents, Karl was predeceased by his son, Stephen B. Newman. He is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Janette Foster Newman; his daughters, Luanne Newman and Amy White (Eddie); grandchildren, Brian White (Candy), Danielle Rennells (Ryan), Nickolas White (Brittney), Lacey, Becky, Kristi and Chloe; great-grandchildren, Bailey, Jocelyn, Nicholas, Karli, Mason, Rylie, Hailey, Kendyl and Rowen; a sister, Eleanor; brother, Gerald; as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Karl's name to Mercy House, 212 N.
