William "Bill" Siebert, 70, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at home surrounded by his family. Bill is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Justin Siebert and Amber Eade; daughter, Kayley Morgan and Justin Maciak; sister, Susan Lason; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Bill worked at IBM, Lockheed Martin, Broome County Airport and was past Tioga County Coroner. He was a volunteer fireman with the Apalachin Fire Department for many years. Funeral services will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made in William Siebert's memory to Friends of Hospice, P.O.
