Andrew "Andy" Brooks, 50, of Willseyville, New York, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at home. Andy was born in Ithaca, New York to John and Sandra Brooks. He was predeceased by his father, John Brooks; sister, Kyle Cundy-Leathers. He is survived by his wife, Melissa Brooks; his mother, Sandra Bush; his step-father, Chauncey Bush; step-children, Shallena Coombs, Meranda Combs; brother-in-law, Mark Leathers; nephews, Josh Cundy; extended family and friends. Andy owned and operated Brooks Contracting and took pride in helping others. He had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed boating, jet skiing, skiing, camping and other outdoor activities. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Groton Assembly of God, 701 South Main St., Groton, NY.
