Sally B. Jensen, 91, of Owego passed away Monday, December 12, 2022 at home. Sally was born in Johnson City, NY to the late Smith and Laura Brooker. Sally graduated from Johnson City High School, Class of 1949 and Oneonta Technology College, Class of 1952. She married her husband, Walter Jensen on July 9, 1955. Sally taught for the Main Endwell School District and Owego Apalachin School District. She also assisted Walter with his business as a bookkeeper for 13 years and was an active member to the Lounsberry United Methodist Church and the Sarah Jane Memorial United Methodist Church. Sally is survived by her husband of 67 years, Walter Jensen; two children, Christopher and Cathryn Jensen; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Wednesday, December 21, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at 12:00 Noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
