Obituary of Vincent Domenico Belle

Vincent D. "Vince" Belle, 92, of Owego passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023 at home. Vincent was born in Waverly, NY to the late Carmello and Domenico Belle. He was predeceased by his brother, Tony Belle; four sisters, Mary Wienstin, Rosina Hose, Theresa Burns, Little Theresa Belle. Vince is survived by his wife, Helen Belle; three nephews and their spouses, Thomas Burns, Steve and Jamie Burns, Mark and Patty Cole; niece, Joanna Burns; several extended family members and special care providers. Vince was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from IBM Corp., Owego, NY. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. The family will receive friends Thursday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery, Waverly, NY.
