Frances "Fran" Clark, 83, of Candor, New York passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023. Fran was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Gilda Law; husband, George Clark; son-in-law, Marty Mancini. She is survived by her four children, Cheryl Mancini, Wayne and Vicki Clark, Helena Clark and Tim Thompson, Rose Poquette and Joe Renda; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren. Fran retired from Riverview Manor Nursing Home for over 20 years and was an Avon representative for many years. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 8th at 3:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY with the Rev. Phil Jordan, officiating.
