Obituary of Helen Katchmir

Helen Katchmir passed away Sunday, April 16th at the age of 93. Helen was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Charles W. Katchmir. She is survived by her daughter. Patricia Williams; her son. Michael Katchmir (Carol); several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Helen was a multitalented woman who held several positions in life. First, she was a dedicated wife and mother, but she was also a clerk, an auditor, and a dental assistant before she retired. In addition to her job skills, Helen was a gifted crafts woman proficient at ceramics, cooking, and especially crochet. She will be remembered by her daughter as a loving mother, confidant, and best friend who never wavered in her devotion and support. The world is a colder place without her warmth, wisdom, and love.
