Shirley Ann Jackson, 90, of Campville, NY went to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 17, 2023 at home surrounded by her family. Shirley was predeceased by her parents, George and Gertrude Forsyth; sister, Georgia Frantz; brothers, Charles Forsyth, Douglas Forsyth, Sr.; granddaughter, Jennifer Fiacco. She is survived by her husband of almost 73 years, Raymon Jackson; four children and their spouses, Stephen and Denise Jackson, Kipp and Darla Jackson, Dana Jackson, Melissa Jackson; nine grandchildren, one brother and two sisters-in-law, George and Emily Forsyth, Leslie Forsyth; several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Shirley retired from IBM, Owego with 24 years of service. She devoted her life to helping people with special needs. Shirley was a member of the Board of Directors of Achieve and many other special need committees. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego with Pastor Bobby Harris officiating. Burial will be in the Tioga Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Shirley A.
