Obituary of Terry Beckwith

Terry L. Beckwith, 79, of Candor, New York unexpectedly passed away Thursday, May 18, 2023. Terry was predeceased by his wife, Marilyn Beckwith; his parents, Harold and Florence Beckwith. Terry is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Janet (Harris) Beckwith; granddaughter, Nataleigh Beckwith; brother, John Beckwith; his companion, Barbara Madison; loyal dog, Belle. Terry was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He graduated from East Carolina University, Suny Albany and Vermont Law School. His work experience included Librarian Vermont Law School, South Royalton, VT, Washington and Lee University, Lexington, VA, University of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, Institute of Textile Technology, Charlottesville, VA, Staunton Public Library, Staunton, VA and Wayne County Public Library, Goldsboro, NC. Terry attended the Allen Memorial Baptist Church, Candor, NY. In honoring Terry's wishes, services will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made in Terry L.
