William Benjamin "Bill" Betts, 82, Of Owego, NY, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at home. Mr. Betts is survived by his wife of 61 years, Elna (Strong) Betts; three children, Steven and Denise Betts, Rich Betts, Kathy Betts; two grandchildren, Alexas, Cameron; brother and sister-in-law, John and Joan Betts; two sisters and brother-in-law, Martha Babbitt, Diane and Miguel Cabral; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Bill was a graduate of Cornell University and later went on to run the family farms. In honoring Bill's wishes services will be held privately.
