Narda Y. Bush, 86, of Owego, New York passed away Sunday, November 26, 2023. Narda was predeceased by her parents, Clifford and Cora Halliday; three brothers, Herbert Halliday, Donald Halliday, Charles Halliday; her husband, Paul Bush. Narda is survived by several extended family members. She worked 19 years for the Owego Apalachin School District and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene, Owego, New York. Narda will be remembered for her smile, giggles and her upbeat personality. In honoring her wishes, private burial will be held in the Tioga Cemetery.
