Deborah A. Rude, 62, of Owego, NY, unexpectedly passed away Saturday, December 23, 2023. Deborah was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Ruth Relyea; infant brother, Timmy Relyea. She is survived by her children, Matthew Rude; Jenny and Bill Singer; two grandchildren, Cody and Jeremiah; two brothers and sisters-in-law, LeRoy and Sue Relyea, Richard and Lisa Relyea; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, on Friday January 26, 2024 at the Owego Nazarene Church. Memorial contributions may be made in Deborah A.
