Letitia "Lettie" J. Caswell, 80, of Candor, NY, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024. Letitia was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Vincent and Rose (Rieger) Kehoe. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Daniel Kehoe. Lettie is survived by her two sisters and brother-in-law, Patricia Decker, Jean and Luther Figgs; several nieces and one nephew. Lettie retired from Cornell University. In honoring her wishes there will be no public services. The family is being assisted by the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home.
