JoAnna Frances VanOstrand, 4, of Barton, New York, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2024. due to a tragic accident. JoAnna is survived by her parents, Anna (Foster) and Joey VanOstrand; maternal grandparents, Francis and Sue Foster; godparents, Aunt Christine and Uncle Jamie VanOstrand; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. JoAnna was predeceased by her brother, Tyler VanOstrand; maternal grandmother, Sue Ann Foster; paternal grandparents, Alton VanOstrand and Sudie Krisko. JoAnna first attended Children of Promise Daycare under the loving care of Miss Sheri and then attended pre-school at The Racker Center and enjoyed being a student of Miss Chelsea's Class and the special care provided by Miss Kara. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 17 Main Street, Candor, NY with funeral services immediately following at 4:00 p.m. Condolences may be made to JoAnna's family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
