Brian E. Kinney, 77, of Owego, New York, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2024. Brian was predeceased by his parents, Edward and Anna Kinney. He is survived by his three children, Cris Henderson, Melissa and her husband, Sean Eagen, William Baker; sister, Betsey Bacelli; brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Terry Kinney; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
