Jeremiah F. Murphy, 33 years old, has left us and is flying on eagles wings.  He passed away suddenly on Sunday, June 16, 2024, in Moodus, CT.  Predeceased by grandparents, Leo and Dorothy Murphy, of Vestal, NY.  He leaves behind his wife, Devin; son, Leo; mother, Patricia Murphy (Jim) of Owego, NY; in-laws, Jeff and Judy Savoy; brother-in-law, Derek Savoy, CT; uncle, Jack Murphy, Binghamton; good friends, Nick Koroluck, Kansas, Josh Struble, Owego.  Jeremiah had many friends, whose families watched him grow up.  He was a veteran of the US Army, and a member of the Owego Fire Department, Croton Hose Company #3.  He enjoyed playing soccer, lacrosse, loved fishing, hunting, and just being outdoors.  His smile and laugh would make you smile.  Funeral services will be at Veteran's Cemetery in Middletown, CT.
