K. Paul Bartlow, 81, of Owego, New York, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2024. Paul was born in Binghamton, NY to the late Kenneth and Marie Bartlow. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Tina Bartlow; two children and their spouses, Michael and Amy Bartlow, Mark and Penny Bartlow; four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Christian, Brady, Irene; sister and brother-in-law, Janet and Ed Gorski; several nieces, nephews and dear friends. Paul was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and earned the rank of Eagle Scout. He retired from IBM and Lockheed Martin. He was very community minded and served as a member of the Owego Free Academy School Board for 19 years, a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Owego, member of BPOE Lodge #1039 and former officer, member of the American Legion Post #401, and member of the Owego Apalachin Wall of Fame. Paul participated in Kwanis, Jaycees, as a NY State Track Official, BC and Dick's Open walking scorer. Paul enjoyed golfing and woodcarving, but most importantly time spent with family and friends. You might have seen Paul walking the village, usually with a family member's dog. The family will receive friends Monday, July 8, 2024 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at The Links at Hiawatha Landing, 2350 Marshland Road, Apalachin, NY from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made in K.
