Norton "Skip" Howard Rexford, 70, of Candor, NY, passed away at home on Tuesday, July 9, 2024. Skip was predeceased by his parents, Leon Rexford and Jeanette (Norton) Rexford; his daughter, Nichole Schmeiske. He is survived by his life partner, Christine Russell; son, Kyle Russell; sister, Michele (Nick) Niceforo; five grandchildren, David, Kody, Karly, Kaley, Hope; two sisters-in-law, Jeannette (Jim) Spencer, Jackie (Brian Brown) Clark; special cousins, Tim, Cindy, Larry.
