Georgia A. Edwards, 72, formerly of Candor, NY, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024. Georgia was predeceased by her parents, George, Sr. and Eva Skinner; son, Paul "Peanut" Edwards. Georgia is survived by her three children, Thomas Edwards, Gregory Edwards, Sr., Amy Edwards and her fiancé, Daryl Canfield; daughter-in-law, Anita Edwards; 10 grandchildren, Lindsey, Jared, Stephanie, Gregory, Jr., Brittany, Sarah, Jessica, Joshua, Michelle, Ashley; several great-grandchildren, sister, Esther Haines; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 1, 2024 from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
