Obituary of Dorlon Edmund Worden

Dorlon E. "Doe" Worden, 87, of Candor, NY, passed away on July 29, 2024, surrounded by his family. Dorlon was predeceased by his parents, Edmund and Helen Worden; brother, Stephen Worden. Dorlon is survived by his wife of 65 years, Joanne Worden; two sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Amy Worden, Thomas and Tamara Worden; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Charles Wildenstein; three grandchildren, Adam (Sammantha) Worden, Stephanie (James) Peacock, Kristen (Nicolas) Kotsonis; five great-grandchildren, James, Myles, Aria, Madison, Mae Elizabeth; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Dorlon was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He retired as an elevator inspector/mechanic for General Elevator. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
