Arla “Tammy” Cornett, 77, of Owego passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015, at home. Mrs. Cornett was predeceased by her husband, Lonard Cornett, Sr.; four sisters, Treva Way, Glenna Warner, Marlene Baker, Nila Marlin. She is survived by eight children, Lonard, David, Lisa, Lori, Michael, Robert, William, Patrick; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jean Nagel, Linda Canavan; two brothers, David and Daniel Canavan; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. The family will receive friends Monday from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home. Memorial contibutions may be made in Tammy Cornett’s memory to Hospice at Lourdes, 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850. Condolences may be made to Tammy’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com
