Rebecca A. (Clemons) "Becky" Whitmarsh, 58, of Newark Valley, NY, unexpectedly passed away Monday, August 19th, 2024. Rebecca was predeceased by her husband of 23 years, Richard "Dick" Whitmarsh, Sr. Rebecca is survived by her six children and their spouses, Jessica and Benjamin Jerkes, Jennifer and Frederick Whitmarsh, Richard Whitmarsh, Billy and Missy Whitmarsh, Timothy Whitmarsh and Kristine Budinger, Jason and Nicole Whitmarsh; several grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Jon and Sharon Hardt, sister, Deborah Ward; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
