Blaine F. Barnhart, 73, of Tioga Center, NY, unexpectedly passed away Thursday, August 22, 2024. Blaine was predeceased by his parents, Joseph L. and Hazel M. (VanOrder) Barnhart; brother, William Barner. He is survived by his two sons, Scott Barnhart, Michael Barnhart; several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Blaine enjoyed racing, fishing, and loved the Green Bay Packers. Private services will be held in the Vestal Hills Memorial Park.
