Michael C. Shumway, Jr., 46, of Owego, NY, died Monday, August 26, 2024. Michael was predeceased by his father, Michael Shumway, Sr.; wife, Janice Shumway. He is survived by his daughter, Megan Shumway; mother, Linda Shumway; sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Eric Ellis; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins dear friends and family pets, Finnley, Boonie. Michael was the shop foreman for the Town of Vestal Highway Department. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. with funeral services immediately following at 12:00 Noon at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
