Betty Marlene Dodge Obituary

Betty M. Dodge, of Campville, NY, unexpectedly passed away Sunday, October 20th, 2024, a day shy of her 84th birthday. Betty was born and raised in Addison, NY to the late Thomas and Harriet O'Brian. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Bobby O'Brian and Marvin O'Brian. Betty is survived by her husband of 63 years, Emory S. Dodge; son, Brian Dodge; daughter, Sheila Davies; grandson, Emory "Joe" Davies and his fiancée Morgan Dowches; two sisters, Bess Kalish, Mary Berkan; brother and sister-in-law, Winston and Diane O'Brian; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Betty was a member of the Campville United Methodist Church. She worked as an administrative assistant with Broome-Tioga BOCES and the Owego Apalachin School District. A celebration of Betty's life will be held on Friday, November 1, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Presho Cemetery in Lindley, NY.If you wish to make a memeorial contribution, the family asked that it be to Betty's Church; Campville Methodist Church at 6110 Ny-17C, Endicott, NY 13760.
