Thomas Sechrist, 56, of Apalachin, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Harvey, Sr. and Mary Joan (Rought) Sechrist; two brothers, Harvey “Tim” Sechrist, Jr., Dale “Spanky” Sechrist; two uncles, David and John Rought. He is survived by his girlfriend and caregiver, Ethel Pitcher and her family; Kim Sechrist; daughter, Staci Sechrist and Phil Terpening; son and daughter-in-law, Tom, Jr. and Wendy Sechrist; grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher, Brianna, Tonya; four great-grandchildren; Aunt, Linda Rought; best friend, Kevin (Lori) Buchler; one niece, several cousins; many dear friends. Tom enjoyed his special breakfast place, Fast Eddie’s. In honoring Tom’s wishes services will be held privately. Memorial contributions may be made in Thomas Sechrist’s memory to Guthrie Cancer Center, Nancy Quattrini Fund, One Guthrie Square, Sayre, PA 18840.
