Obituary of Elli K. Barnes

Elli K Barnes, 88, of Owego, passed away on Sunday, August, August 9, 2015, at home. Elli was predeceased by her husband, William Barnes; sister, Helen Schmidt; special friend, Edward Martin. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Thomas Cheely; grandchildren, Jennifer and Chris Coleman, Jeremy Cheely; five great-grandchildren, Abby, Harley Mae, Wyatt, Alex and Nathan; sister and brother in-law, Lottie and Karl Kuhlmen; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 13 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Elli K.
