Justin L. Tobey, 43, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at home after a couragous battle with ALS. Tobey is survived by his wife, Crystal Tobey; daughter, Mya Tobey; father, James Tobey; mother and father-in-law, Mary and Tim Andrews. In honoring Justin’s wishes services will be held privately.
