William “Bill” Robinson, 83, of Owego passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Bill is survived by his wife of 62 years, Kate Robinson; daughter and son-law, Rhonda and John Cariker; three granchildren, Matthew, Sarah and Mark Cariker; two great-granddaughters, Breana, Christin; three brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Barbara Robinson, Alvin and Bobbie Robinson, Earl and Helen Robinson; sister and brother-in-law, Mary and Ted O’Connor; sisters-in-law, Linda (Bob) Huey, Mary Sullivan; many terrific nieces and nephews. Bill was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He worked for the Owego Foundry and Endicott Johnson Corp. Bill was a long time member of St. Patrick’s Church. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY. Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Owego. The family will receive friends Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in William Robinson’s memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
