Michael C. Pedro, 91, of Owego passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2016. Mr. Pedro is survivived by his wife of 68 years, Marion (Root) Pedro; cousin, Lucy Zampi, of Endicott; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Mr. Pedro was a WWII Veteran of the U.S. Navy and retired from the Owego Post Office. Mike will be remembered for his love of golf. He was a member of the VFW Post #1371 and the American Legion Post #401. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 300 Main St., Owego. Burial will be in the Parish Cemetery.
