James “Jim” Henry Graham, 84, of Newark Valley, NY passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016. Jim was a proud Navy veteran who served in Vietnam as a Hospital Corpsman. He served his country in he Navy for "25 years, 5 months, and 8 days." Jim spent many saturday evenings enjoying a show at the Northwest Florida College campus. Jim loved the outdoors, choir, and the fellowship at St. Jude’s Episcopal Church. Prior to becoming a resident of Niceville in 2008, Jim resided in Newark Valley, NY. There he appreciated being a member of the local VFW and American Legion. Jim was a kind man who never met a stranger that he would not carry a conversation with. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He is survived by his sister, Sue Volgenau; his sons, John Graham and his wife, Ashley. James Graham and his wife, Nancy; grandchildren, Catie, Sam, Ciji, Jacob, Natilie, Mackenzie, and Matthew. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2106 at 1:00 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor, NY with Full Military Honors accorded by the VFW Post #1371.
