Obituary of Ann R. Lockwood

Ann R. Lockwood, 78, of Owego passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016. Ann was born in Endicott, NY to the late, Earl and Corinne Lockwood. She is survived by her loving and devoted three sons and daughter-in-law, Christopher and Sue Kilmer, Douglas Kilmer, William Kilmer; four grandchildren Kailey Kilmer, Taylor Kilmer, Emma Kilmer, and Colin Kilmer; brother and sister-in-law, Jerald and Nancy Lockwood; several nieces and nephews. Ann had a long professional career working at IBM, The Law Firm of Turk Truman Bishop and Simpson, St Patrick's Church, Ithaca College, Therm Industries, and JC Penney. Ann was also active and served as a Trustee of the Owego Village Board and worked very hard to make the lives of all Owego citizens more pleasant. Ann was a loving kind sole with a wonderful heart and a smile that would brighten anyone's day. She will be missed by all especially her family and friends.
