Stella M. Kasper, 91, formerly of Candor, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Mrs. Kasper was predeceased by her husband, Thomas Kasper. She is survived by her daughter, Julia Romeo; three grandchildren, Thomas, Anthony and Francessca Romeo; great-granddaughter, Victoria Weslyn Perestam; father to her grandchildren, Jeffrey Romeo; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Maple Grove Cemetery, Candor, NY. Condolences maybe made to Stella’s family at www.emfaheyfuneralhome.com.
