Armando R. Estopinal, 89, of Owego, New York passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, November 20, 2016. Mr. Estopinal was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Mary Perez; sister, Malou Diaz. He is survived by his children, Armando Estopinal, of Owego, NY, Myra Estopinal, Owego, NY. Mr. Estopinal was a veteran of the U.S. Marines during the Korean War. He retired as a supervisor for ADT Corp., Clifton, New Jersey. Arrangements are pending and will be announced soon.
