Obituary of Eugene L Knickerbocker, Jr.

Eugene “Gene” Knickerbocker, Jr, 59 of Candor passed away on Friday, March 14, 2014 at Robert Packer Hospital. Gene was predeceased by his parents, Eugene L. and Doris Knickerbocker, Sr. Gene is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Lynn Knickerbocker; sons, Dan Knickerbocker of Owego, David (Holly) Knickerbocker of Candor, and Chad (Yvonne) Knickerbocker of Candor; brother, Ken (Dora) Knickerbocker of Binghamton; grandchildren, Nick, Morgan, Drew, David, Tyler, Emma Knickerbocker, Ryan Weaton, and Josh Howe; and uncle, Bob (Donna) Knickerbocker of Harpursville; nephew, Joe Knickerbocker. Gene enjoyed fishing, hunting and boating on the lake. He retired after 27 years at Creative Printing in Endwell. Gene enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. At Gene’s request a memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
