Janet G. Sabol passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Janet was predeceased by three brothers. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Michael J. Sabol; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Mark Hodges; granddaughter, Ashley Hodges; three brothers; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Janet was a member of St. Patrick’s Church. She was a library aide for the Owego Elementary School for many years. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Church, 300 Main St., Owego with the Rev. William Moorby, officiating. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.
