Obituary of Deborah L. Patak

Deborah L. Patak, 54, of Willseyville passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at home with her loving husband by her side. Debbie is survived by her parents, Arthur and Shirley VanDerPool; loving husband of 28 years, Brian Patak; daughter, Alexis Jean Patak of Willseyville; sisters, Rebecca (Kellen) Kafka of Candor, and Judy (Tobey) Moore of Lansing; brothers, Arthur (Margaret Griggs) VanDerPool III of NJ, and Jeffrey (Connie) VanDerPool of WV; along with several nieces and nephews. Debbie was a local hairdresser for over 35 years. She enjoyed stock car racing, NASCAR, snowmobiling, gardening, and boating on Cayuga Lake. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 1 to 3 PM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor. A private memorial service will be held at the families convenience.
