Edward Meyers, 86, of Owego passed away on Monday, August 20, 2018. Edward is predeceased by his parents, William and Mary Rose Myers; two brothers, Larry and John; two sisters, Mary Salmon, Patricia Visho; two grandsons, Joey Livermore and Nathan Meyers. Edward is survived by his wife of 60 years, Petrina Meyers; five children and their spouses, Joan and Justin Delaney, Carol and David Ostrander, Mary Rose and Jim Dieffenderfer, Paul and Gretchen Meyers, Anita and Dale Teed; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Kitty Myers, Joseph and Ann Myers, three sisters and brother-in-law, Anna and Bill Welch, Dolores Trefelner, Elsie Speck; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Edward served his country in the army during the Korean War and retired from IBM Corp., Owego, NY.  Funeral will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego, NY.  The family will receive friends Thursday Evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be considered to: Calvary Harvest Church, 9037 N.
