Darlene C. Phelps, 63, of Owego passed away July 12, 2014 at Wilson Regional. Darlene was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Clara “Arlene” (Sholes) Truss; and brother, Gary Truss. She is survived by her sons, Scott (Laurie Goodwin) Phelps of Owego, and Michael (Terra) Phelps of Owego; grandchildren, Morgan, Mitchell, Tyler, Cooper, Garrett, and Julianna; tow aunts and several cousins; along with many friends, co-workers, nieces, and nephews. Darlene worked at Lynn’s Drug Store for over 20 years and then now what is currently Rite-Aid for many years. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 15 Park St., Owego. Memorial donations may be made in Darlene’s name to Stray Haven, 194 Shepard Road, Waverly, NY 14892.
