Obituary of Gerald D. Campbell

Gerald D. “Jerry” Campbell, 77, of Candor passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at the Robert Packer Hospital. Jerry was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Elma Campbell; his loving wife, Dixie Campbell; sisters, Beverly Connolly, Betty Hollenbeck, and Beatrice Morgan; and brother, Gordan Campbell. He is survived by his children, Debra (Ron Bologna) Holmes of Long Island, Jeffrey Campbell of Switzerland, Brenda (Greg) Poole of Candor, Greg Campbell of Candor, and Carlene (George) Furch of Candor; sisters, Barbara Pettis of Candor, Geraldine (Ken) Miller of Bath, and Jackie Woodhull of Brooktondale; grandchildren, Renee Bachelor, Rodney Vaow, Kristina Campbell, Guilia Campbell, Danielle Poole, Melissa Manning, Brittany Bundie, Brandon Campbell, Jack Sherwood, Sean Campbell, and Kristen Furch; great grandchildren, Brandon, Brianne, Noah, Lilia, Alivia, Caleb, Rodney, Kelsey, Effie, Isla, and Garrett. Jerry enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, and most of all spending time with his dog Buddy. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Estey, Munroe & Fahey Funeral Home, 137 Main St., Candor with Rev. Philip Jordan officiating and burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Family invites friends to call on Friday, August 8, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at the funeral home.
