Stephen Robert "Mayor, Deacon" Goda, 62, of Owego passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2020. Steve was predeceased by his parents, Robert and Anna Goda. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Scott and Michelle Goda; nephew, Robert Scott Goda; dear friends and family, Pastor Bobby and Sherri Harris, Deb Smith, Jamie and the Atwell Family, Sam Harris and family at Harris Diner, Granda Shirley "Mom". Private burial will be held in the Tioga Cemetery, Owego, N.Y.
