It seems as though Kathy was always a part of my life in some way. She was a mentor and 2nd mom to us girls at the P&C when I was in high school. After that she became a wonderful friend to me and was always an amazing friend to my dear Dad - Jimmy. After my boys were born, she was a bonus grandma to Levi and Grayden. As my dad's health declined and we need help caring for him, Kathy was right there to stay with my dad and help in any way she could, While I had not seen her much lately (bc you know life with boys sometimes gets in the way) - every time I did see her it was like we had just seen each other yesterday. I will miss her a lot. Robin, Helen and Gary - I know you know how much she loved you and losing a parent is never easy no matter what age. To all the grandkids - you were Kathy's world, she was always so proud of each you and talked of you often. Love to each of you. I can see her and my dad is heaven with the cards set up and playing a game of pitch.
